Principles related to the publication

Author principles
1- The articles are the result of studies, experiences and researches of the author or authors.
2- Mentioning the responsible author and colleagues in the article and carefulness in the absence of unrelated names.
3- When citing materials from other publications, the source of the materials should be mentioned correctly and accurately so that there is no gap in the calculation of the impact factor of other publications.
4- The articles have not been published in any of the domestic and foreign journals or collections of articles of seminars and scientific conferences, or have not been sent to other journals at the same time (as long as the status of your article in this journal is not clarified, do not send it to another journal. Refrain).
5- The original rejected or withdrawn articles will be removed from the archive of the journal after six months, and the journal will not bear any responsibility for it.
6- The journal is free to reject or accept, edit, summarize or modify the received articles.
7- The journal reviews only one article from each author at any time and until the status of the first article of each author is finalized, the other articles or articles submitted by them will not be reviewed.
Principles related to referees
Respected referees are responsible for quality, content and scientific review of the articles and by announcing their corrective comments, they help to improve and upgrade the quality and content of the articles. Respected judges are expected to inform the editor or executive director of the publication immediately after the initial review, which includes:
1- Non-review of the article or review with delay due to the fact that the subject of the article is not in the work area of the reviewer, lack of time or lack of access to sufficient facilities.
2- Judging of articles should be based on scientific documentation and sufficient reasoning, clearly and clearly stated, and these documents should be presented to publications and authors, and the declaration of taste, personal, racial and religious opinion, etc., should be avoided in the judging of articles.
3- Paying attention to the sources used in the article is another duty of the referees. All the researches, subjects and quotations used in the article must be accompanied by full references in the bibliography.
4- Arbitrators should not accept for arbitration articles that benefit certain individuals, institutions, and companies or that show personal relationships .
